Tonight: SMA Mosque

If you can, please join the gathering tonight at the Sarnia Muslim Association Mosque for an interfaith solidarity event. The event starts at 6pm, and the Mosque is located at 1609 London Line. All are welcome.

Here is Aruba Mahmud of the SMA with more information on the event and the anti-oppression work she does in our community: http://www.sarniathisweek.com/2017/01/31/interfaith-solidarity-event-coming-to-sarnia-mosque

And here is Tara Jeffrey of The Sarnia Journal with some advice about how each of us can make our community a safer place to be: http://thesarniajournal.ca/you-can-do-something-to-counter-irrational-hatred/

If you have suggestions about how we might work together for a more peaceful and accepting community, please forward them. Thanks!
